I completely agree with you in one regard - I do not believe the world is coming to an end or that there will be worldwide economic devastation. Banks and chastened firms have started smartening up since 2008 but it will take a while before all the old crap gets ironed out of the old way of banking and trading.

While unregulated greed brought down Wall Street in 2008, it's (more) regulated greed that will ensure money will keep flowing.

Diversity is good, it's what life and evolution is all about.

Agree I go day by day and try to make $$ according. But the real estate has changed dramatically, don't get me wrong I'm still buying but its a buyers market and pick and choose wisely. I have both commercial and residential rentals, and apartments/houses are very easy to rent in this market. Just a PAIN in my A$$....
