Would it be possible, on deleted posts, that once an admin has reviewed a deletion that it can no longer be restored by board mods? I have had instances where I have deleted a post, the user has asked for review and the post stays deleted, but then another mod comes in and restores the post.

So if we can't delete them, does IHub have the legal rights to them? Are they being used in any way or given to other parties?
