I have no idea about legal rights but once you post a picture on the internet everyone in the world can copy it.

Are they being used in any way or given to other parties?

We have no need for them. You posted them in signatures so you gave them to the world...IMO. BWTHDIK

If you have "private" pictures don't post them in public places.
