He has so much stuff that needs to be PR's it's hard to say. I think it'll have to do with the new sub. But I think he needs to back track.
Tell the shareholders what BMSN is really doing and where the 41 million in assets came from. This stock would fly and there would be no need for "financial loans" if he'd just be strait forward with the shareholders.
