Got some lehlq at sub to a penny too. As long as CTs get paid out, preferreds can have the NOLs. I think the NOL value dollar for dollar ( might be less) could cover both common an preferreds or close to it...My self fish want is for CTs to get paid first because I told quite a few...go CTs...and go figure..devil
