H2, Just do not sign for the certs. ST is just trying to get you to accept their solution. Just say NO and push it back in their camp for resolution. I have already sent an email off to the SEC and NASD CCing AT instructing AT to under no cirmustances send me my MAMG shares in a certificate form. I have not requested such and will not accept such. If the insider is to be gifted with an additional illegal 3M to 1 FS then this equates to nearly 9 TRILLION extra shares with a market value of .0001 cents. That is 900 MILLION dollars. The insider was due 3 MILLION shares not 9 TRILLION.
