I did hear HB state that all warrants were exercised (no surprise, as they were priced at $1.69, IIRC -- a nice 10-bagger for those in on the PIPE) so that there would be no line item for warrant-related effects in future filings.

I think that she'll take this out soon. It's been in there for three years, so I suspect folks just forgot about it.

Well,accounting wise, the CFO stated that the warrents have all been accounted for, and will no longer effect the financial statements.
