IMO, the volume that is drying up is the flippers looking for a new position. They will not buy at this price. They are either holding for a little higher % to sell or waiting for a bigger dip to buy. Other factor is not as many new buyers. That is what I see at this level. A surge or big dip will change the volume and buy sell ratio dramatically. Stalemate area for the moment.
