It is legal to sell unregistered shares if certain conditions have been met. Certain restrictions/conditions/disclosures.
I contend that there has been the illegal selling of unregistered MMTC shares.
I intend to prOve that shOrtly.

Everyone that plays penny stocks should have a simple grasp of this section of securities' law. It's really not that complicated.

The SEC issuance of an EFFECT statement on the Dutchess shares should not give you a false, in my strong opinion, "sense of security".
