Nope. As posted earlier, the only shares that are "all legal" are the registered shares. The only person with, or due-depending, registered shares is Dutchess...

Out of a billOn some shares...how many have been registered?

It is legal to sell unregistered shares if certain conditions have been met. Certain restrictions/conditions/disclosures.

I contend that there has been the illegal selling of unregistered MMTC shares.

I intend to prOve that shOrtly.

When I have the time, maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe never, lol...I will post a quick summary on the SEC rules and regulations concerning the selling of securities, registered and unregistered.

Everyone that plays penny stocks should have a simple grasp of this section of securities' law. It's really not that complicated.

Players playing a stock that may, or may have, garnered the attention of the SEC should, also...

The SEC issuance of an EFFECT statement on the Dutchess shares should not give you a false, in my strong opinion, "sense of security".
