We have been over this like five times. The process for FDA approval is streamlined for new delivery techniques. No animal (other than human) studies are required of non reactive ingredients. This will A) be much faster than normal trials, and B) be much cheaper.
You make some good points, Mdub. When it comes to our government-on any level-nothing surprises me. I just called IR to see if I can get any answers. Will let you/the board know when I hear back from them.
