SCOTTSDALE, AZ, March 28 /PRNewswire/ - Dynamic Ventures Corp. (OTC BB: DYNV), is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Understanding wherein they have been selected as the general contractor for a multi-year, multi-city residential and commercial project by the Annabelle Homes group.

Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc. ( a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynamic) will be the general contractor for several hundred homes in a multi-city area including Stanley, North Dakota and surrounding communities. Along with the residential portion of the project, a minimum of four commercial structures including a gas station / convenience store, office buildings, and a new city hall for Stanley, North Dakota will also be constructed.. The Green Solutions division of Dynamic Ventures, using its energy savings, cost savings, and speed of construction elements, was able to deliver on the business goals of the Annabelle Homes group. Current estimates show Phase I projects, expected to be completed this year, will generate construction revenues for DYNV of approximately $6,500,000.

Payments covered in Article 12 in a AIA A103-2007.

There are three types of payments: Initial Deposit (in Section 12.0), Progress Payment (12.1) and Final Payment (12.2).

To receive a Progress Payment, an Application for Payment is submitted either monthly or semi-monthly by the Contractor. The application must include the cost of the work actually incured along with supporting documentation plus the fee amount. The Owner has to make then payment no later five days later. The Contractor and Owner have procedures designed to review and approve payments to Subcontractors as well as retainage for their work.

The Final Payment is due when the Contractor has fully performed the Contract except for correction work. The Final Payment is due no later than 30 days after the Final Application for Payment is submitted by the Contractor.
