06/03/11 -- Dynamic Ventures, Corp. (OTCBB: DYNV), a leading developer of innovative solutions to the building industry, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bundled Builder Solutions Inc., has signed a major development contract with Annabelle Homes.

Paul Kalkbrenner, CEO of Dynamic, said, "We are extremely excited by the expanding nature of our relationship with Annabelle Homes. We had previously announced that our initial project was to generate approximately $7.5 million in revenues for the year. We later amended and expanded the project to include additional infrastructure and townhomes, increasing its value to $10 million. After several discussions with Annabelle Homes we were able to further expand our relationship beyond its original scope and expect this project to help us generate significant revenue and a positive EBITDA."

The Company will be focusing its development and building in and around seven cities of the North West quadrant of North Dakota. Demand for our services continues to grow as the need for housing and infrastructure expands. The state is experiencing a boom from the natural resources of pot ash mining, and drilling operations.
