Go back and see if Mark reduced the PREFERRED SHARES. NO HE DID NOT so Mark can still sell these as a PRIVATE PLACEMENT. or Mark may even get some investor's then just convert the BUDDY LOANS to shares. We will only find this stuff out if Mark ever releases the Fiancials. I dont think we will see that until its to late JUST GOING ON THE MAN'S PAST.
