There was an 8-K filing.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

I guess there are no fisherman here, just people who want to fed fish.

How does anyone think I got a copy of the contract, which covers the CPF structure? Did you people really think I just make stuff up like so many others on iHub? Trust me, I have made a lot more money for other people than myself by providing facts and stating truths.

2) Dynamic Ventures is Annabelle's general Contractor and irregardless of the pace or the success of the actual home sales themselves - Annabelle owes DYNV the agreed contract monies upon final delivery. That means they get paid before Joe Bakken drives up with his kids and a U-Haul to put furniture in one of their houses. Sales are not DYNV's responsibility. That risk/reward belongs to Annabelle.

It came to my attention that some took my comment here to mean that DYNV only gets paid when all the homes & townhomes are 100% done. Not true- I do not have the contract in front of me at this moment but it is an AIA A101 - 2007 contract so it's safe to say DYNV has Progress Billing agreements w/Annabelle. Meaning they invoice Annabelle Homes as project milstones are satisfied. I.e Site prep, roads, utiliies, etc. may be milestone #1 for example...with many other phases after that.

The exact details on billing for work completed by DYNV is not my main point here BUT that DYNV is being paid in phases as these projects progress. They will have generated income in Q1 2012 even though the building season up there is just going into full swing.
