Yes, but this hydrogen stuff, they have to build nuclear plants just to get enough electricity to separate the water. I don't understand it all that well but I have this great image of flooded LA freeways. This guy Bragi Arnason already has the Icelanders looking into it.

If they are already going to build the nukular, as Mr Bush would say, plants then why not just plug the cars in?

You mentioned N. Korea not wanting to launch any nukes at the West Coast to "awake the sleeping giant" (as the Japanese did with Pearl Harbor). Do you see any possibility they might do a Peral Harbor repeat and try to take out the U.S. Pacific power base while the U.S. is tied up with Iraq and OBL?

With the war threats, this type of threat is a real concern to those who live in Hawaii, which is much closer to Asia than is the West Coast...
