I think Don has a plan. Step 1 (no pun intended): Tell LOG to go take a flying leap you know where, IMO. Step 2: Pull STEP away from CTCC - he has already done this. Step 3: See MM and my previous options posted days ago. What options he is taking and what those are exactly noone but Don knows. But his response back to you are encouraging. And remember, Don has not resigned, and he stated he has CTCC shareholders in mind and is working on liscense agreements.
