I wasn't going to be the first.lol S-8 are generally issued to free up shares for payments of salaries and other such things. It looks like they filed for 5,000,000 shares. Now before everyone gets too excited, they don't just issue those shares out immediately, it is usually over a extended period of time. However, as some will say and is true, that is the first bit of dilution.
