You could ask them about the sales of stock and you can ask Darren if he did or didn't sell 1,000,000 shares at $1 (before you or I got the stock distribution)

Then you can post the answers you get from them

He reported he sold 18000 shares from 1/3 - 4/18 at prices from 34c-53c

I guess you're of the belief naked shorting can't happen.... hahahaha

First of all I am LONG not SHORT Why would anyone short a stock at 30c-40c when they have to put up funds as if the stock was 5

I doubt DNAX is available to borrow if anyone wanted to short it
