OH YES you can short naked BUTTTTTTT you have 3 days to deliver the shares

I said they sold stock and reported it on 4/30 You obviously and others did not believe me and you figured I made it up and was SHORT ------- AND --- you had no recollection of Darren selling almost 300,000 ( at least ) in from Aril to July of 2011. There may have been sales in 2010 that I have not been able to find but the sales in 2011 are NOW DOCUMENTED

You keep talking positively about DNAX and it's down from 1.25 or so to 28c And you have been BULLISH ALL THE WAY DOWN

Do you ever check the Balance Sheet when they file their 10Q ??

They are basically "BANKRUPT" and the only reason they are AFLOAT is due to Management lending them $$$$$ and taking their compensation in stock


Did you ever ask yourself WHY THEY WOULD DO AN OFFERING AT 30c to raise $1.5 million and how will they be able to do that if the stock is 28c WAKE UP

and LASTLY

Obviously you did not notice that when Darren sold close to 300,000 shares at an avg of apprx 95c in early to mid 2011 that none of us COULD SELL STOCK IF WE WANTED TO because we did not receive the distribution until SEP 2011 and to top it off it was "RESTRICTED STOCK" So we had no opportunity to sell if we wanted to above 90c and the stock in now 28c and brokerage firms want to chage us to get the "restricted legend" off our shares

Now I hope you turn out to be right on DNAX but alot of great stuff has to take place before that will happen.
