I have to agree with Seel on this. You need to keep moving toward the goal, and they have. Government over-regulation is rampant everywhere. Especially in a Democrat administration, so this aspect hasn't helped since 2008 either. But based on the most recent news, it looks like there should be some real progress. And the other thing to note is that they have a couple of other things in the pipe that they plan to submit this year. Personally, I think this is an outstanding time to accumulate shares right now!

In consideration of some of the "mixed" pre-clinical study results, why would anyone be surprised that the FDA so far has refused to provide the necessary approval to begin a human pilot study?
