Guess we'll have to agree to disagree. In 2008 - Invivo hired it's CIO and it's R&D director. They were beginning their second round on primate trials. Every piece of research, from initial proof of concept to rodent to primate has been accompanied by their clearly set goal to advance to human trials as soon as the fda allows. This is really normal biotech behavior - to keep the end goal in sight while the years of substantive research are completed.
