This is not a dilution, this is a trading pattern, that's it. If you like the trading pattern, which may change. Hold. Every stock has a trading pattern. Some move up out of the trading pattern. Some move down from A trading pattern.

This one has a trading pattern somewhere between .007 to about .017

It may continue it may not...

But absolutely no dilution, I checked!
No insider selling, no nothing.

Now if this ever gets up close to .02, and holds?
That too me spells a different pattern.

ok PERL pulled-back, looks like a sweet entry spot. profit takers have moved on. Watch close, cause now CHOO~~CHOO up we chugg. Full steam ahead... By days end GREEN sky. I must close for now. Remember Longs and Shorts are the same people. PERL is a real profit earning concern.
