croireavenir you no me.. i dont think the company is selling either they dont need to judging by the balance sheet..but someone is selling through cant its not ssm, so (it leaves past private placement investors selling on open market, or the restricted shares held by charles and past directors)
All this is just assumption but i cant think of anything else.
