Well, now we know why the CorpPres/fact sheet/43-101 has been missing.

Personally, I don't see this as a big deal, but I'd be astonished if the SP doesn't take a serious hit, which it will recover from by the end of May. I blame Behre Dolbear, but the buck stops with PTQ. It also doesn't reflect well on geologist Richard Fifer that non-compliant 43-101's were filed.

Fundamentally tho, this is a non-issue ... a bureaucratic hiccup. They'll get their 43-101's in order, re-file, and this will all be forgotten by the time the annual is filed.

Probably reflects more on Behre Dolbear than PTQ.

Their reports were relied upon and they were paid to produce them.
Ironically the only thing not affected is the PDI spin out! I don't think any of the valuations were necessarily wrong. The 'bean counters' did not like the reports and they are certainly just doing their jobs. I imagine the revised reports will differ only slightly with some of the assumptions and the revised reports will be filed before the end of May. All statements made on web site and in presentations relied on Behre Dolbear reports so I don't think we have much of a problem. Short term stuff. Still buying on every dip...fish or cut bait guys!!
