I've been warning that the recent trading action appears to be market manipulation, which is illegal. MDGC is in danger of a trading suspension IMO.

Val Westergard, CEO of MDGC is freqently late in filing financial reports. However, the apparent illegal market manipulation that began on Monday 4/23/2012 and continued through today has now triggered a warning about MDGC stock from OTC Markets Group, which has ceased publishing quotes.

This action is not just because Val Westergard is again late in filings -- it is due to what appears to be market manipultaion.
