Like I said, it was a good run. The company will need to present the 10k or something soon. Good luck everyone. By all means this doesn't mean MDGC is toast. The company just needs to show something to explain the huge gains. If they can't then well....it's just another penny scam.
Simply your opinion so I will share mine. MDGC was trading with a Stop Sign since they failed to deliver their 10-K on time. Heavy volume with no news and filings triggered the change from OTC. Unsolicited Quotes — The security has only been quoted on an unsolicited basis since it entered the public markets and the issuer has not made adequate current information available to the public.
MDGC received a Caveat Emptor (Skull and Crossbones) warning on 5/3/2012 from OTC Markets. The specific reason for this is officially unknown but the timing coincides with extremely unusual trading that was not based on any public information.
Both FINRA and the SEC have previously been sent information regarding the false and misleading PRs and website as well as the bogus financials and an unregistered, non-exempt private placement.
The fact that OTC Markets determined that there was a "public interest" reason the place this warning should be cause for concern.
