President Charlie Barrett of DHS Holding, Co. (PINKSHEETS: DHSM) has announced today that CEO Michael Rohling, keeping true to his word to his shareholders, has retired an additional 25 million shares of DHS Holding Co. Common Stock, reducing the issued and outstanding shares to 44,367,597 shares. Michael Rohling stated, "This is a milestone for penny stocks, and I hope other CEOs will follow this example and restore investors' faith in the penny stock market."
