Hi Bob! I think a contest with a three-judge panel and very definitive rules is in order. Maybe a 1-year, 6-month and three month membership as prizes for the best three designs as standard issue shirts, all others submissions available upon request with a higher price warranted by the special order screen needed for the design.

1- I would first ask for votes from our community on the three judges with two stand-by judges in case of any problems with a judge not being able to fulfill their obligations.

2- Bob, Grubmaster and Matt work with three main judges on rules and all agree to stick to the rules no matter what!

3- A board created for such with the no-exception rules stated in the i-box, and a nice window of opportunity set for the submissions, perhaps two months, and of course a deadline that don't move!

4- Free T-shirts of the three final designs for the winners and judges alike.

I believe this would be a good move on iH's part as we have some great minds here on iH, as well as a tight community of friends who for the most part are very proud members.

I would really like to see what we as a community can come up with. Heck, we might even want to consider doing this as an annual or bi-annual event. It will keep designs coming in, and keep fresh advisement on the fronts and backs of our community; it might even create an interest in the 'latest additions.'

Just for a hoot, maybe the three judges could have their member name changed to Judge whomever for the time they are so appointed. As an example, say Judge Susie924, or Judge Capt. Nemo. It's all just an idea, I wrote this rather quickly, so I'm sure the idea can be improved on.
