Ok. But Anyway. This is a basher. He adds nothing and has been dogging us for years with cries of what a terrible company we're invested in.

A more generic definition: Anyone who takes the truth and sprinkles it with lies to support THEIR personal agenda.

I haven't read the EDIG board but I'm sure it's a lot like the PCBM board on RB where everyone who doesn't tow the line and just say great things about the company are considered bashers.
IMO, no one should be banned from posting a different viewpoint whether they are shareholders or not! If people want to live in a world seen with rose colored glasses then they have the option to put so-called "bashers" on ignore.
I think that you are between a rock and a hard place on this one but you should probably stand aside and just treat that board like you would any other board. Suspend people for TOS infractions, nothing else.
