A more generic definition: Anyone who takes the truth and sprinkles it with lies to support THEIR personal agenda.

I don't know you and maybe I should not butt in, but how the heck can that definition be objectively tested and applied? I'd bet that what you think is a "lie" or part of a "personal agenda" is viewed by others as simply the flip side of the coin. I'd also bet that many folks who fit your definition of basher could use that same definition to label all longs as "pumpers."

I guess what I am saying is that a lie is not something someone "believes" to be untrue and just because someone has an opinion someone else believes to be untrue does not mean that their views are motivated by a personal agenda. Come to think of it, are not all longs and shorts, or even those interested, even if not invested, motivated by "personal agendas?"

PS -- I do not know any of the players in the EDIG saga and probably do not want to.
