Trading in and out is only for flippers that make pocket money! The only way to make money on the OTCBB is to go to long on a gem like ICPA, SN*Y and some other's.

I know many lomgs that have 5-10 million ICPA shares. You know how this shares will look like at .50+!!!

Flipping never pays out and is a Plus-minus busines!!!

I'm thinking it was enacted to protect small traders. Why not educate them instead? The government is really stupid when it comes to common sense.
