It opens the door be better financing. As the company has stated, due to new Finra regulations, alot of brokerages won't let you deposit your shares if the pps isn't certain levels. So because of this, the company i believe has had trouble going to potential investors, when they know they may not be able to get their shares deposited, which creates too much risk. However, now they are above at least 1 threshold, So they might be able to find some investors that are willing to take a chance, especially some that may know Willner. The reason we want this type of capital, is because investor capitial usually means that the person buying in, plans to hold the shares as an investment. They most likely won't sell immediately to get their shares. Also, alot of times, these types of transactions come with restricted shares. Meaning, they may have to hold on to them for at least a year before selling. This is due to the fact that they can Sign NDAs and find out what's going on with the company. But in return, they aren't allowed to sell for a given time period.
I can't say GG is out of the picture, my guess is, that they won't be completely. They unfortunately are easy money for the company. They however, have no interest in investing with the company, and their shares aren't restricted, so they can convert and dump all day long as they have money owed them and they don't hold more than 9.99% of the o/s, which means they can't convert more than 3.5 million shares at a time now, instead of 120,000,000. I will try to do some math and see how much GG is owed right now and see how many potential shares they could get at current pps.
