#2269 RE: Smallville #2266

What are the strongest negative scenarios. And how likely is it we find out about any of them before it is too late. Not much.

1) All 4 PWTC patent technologies stink and can't really work. The insider power struggle is being used to cover that up so all the principles can unload as much of their shares over the coming year as they can. As PWTC goes through the usual rallies and dips throughout the year on hyping PR news. Where just concentrating on the battery and conflicts who will control it, is being used to disguise the failure of the other patent technologies including the battery itself

>>>>>>> I don't think that is the case. One or two of the patent technologies are bound to be reasonable winners in better economic, funding, new product lines and market share prices times. And those others are complete the last we heard. Just not selling in this market and war condition.

2) Or the cofounder of the company LB wants to run the whole show and its either his way or the highway, regardless of the damage it does to the company, business dealings and shareholders. Since he wants to get more accolades than just as the founder or cofounder of a successful company, sitting on the sidelines outside of control and possible loss of ownership.

>>>>>>> That is possible. Koch of KYC battery charger company might have done that to KYC and its shareholders, if the claims of a coup by Mcleod's faction to wreck the company was completely bogus. Which it probably was bogus. There certainly hasn't been any battery charger product lines and revenues coming in to KYC that we know of since the coup. Though the finished battery charger product has been complete, contracted and ready for production line revenues since last spring 2002. Is strange.

3) Or the Mcleod faction at KYC and the WM/Sweden faction at PWTC only want control and perhaps ownership, in order to sit on the technologies, particularly the battery one and not have them manufactured and become a disruptive technology that changes the status quo in the battery industry and markets.

>>>>>>> But if that was the case, news of that always comes out before hand and the owner should call their bluff whether they really have the big pocket money to produce and sell the product. By agreeing to give over control and perhaps ownership in contracted and negotiated stages as the promised big funding money comes in, factory is built or product lines are made, revenues come in and share price goes up. If those things don't happen then control and perhaps ownership are not handed over. If they do happen, then LB as cofounder is made fabulously rich and gets a large chunk of the accolades as the founder of the successful company. even though now sitting completely and totally on the sidelines as a director only or less. If LB can accept that accolade type only.
*****************************************
How likely is it that we would find out about any of those 3 negative scenarios before it was too late. Not much.

I am hoping that the 3rd scenario and resolution to it is the case. That the battery is the real McCoy and the WM/Sweden Group has the big funding money right now to make the factory, product lines, sales and revenues for it. And that LB is willing to give up increasing control and perhaps ownership of PWTC over time as these stages are reached. If the big money is out there now, why wait to see if BCRI, NxCell or any new partner relation with them can duplicate what the Sweden Group seems to be able to do and want to do right up front from the start.
