Therooster don't you have to follow the money trail. And I don't mean the last 5 years but just what is relevent to the battery and its success, and who is saying they will put up money for the battery and factory.
Who has the money - the Sweden Group
Who wants to build a factory - the Sweden Group
Who is WM closely aligned with - the Sweden Group
What leverage probably got WM the presidency and CEO - the Sweden Group
What is needed on the battery - durability tests and maybe improvements as a result of those tests.
Lets say the Sweden Group does want to take over the company and make it a success, then who has a few millions shares and will be made very wealthy from them - Lee Balak

Koch, the owner of KYC battery charger company says that the ex ballard CEO, Mcleod, who was formerly the CEO of KYC was trying to take control of KYC and maybe ownership of the company away from him, (i guess to make the company a success) but Koch didn't want that. Even though his millions of shares would of made him very wealthy if Mcleod's plan worked.
Are these owners egotists or business man. Founders of companies get a lions share of the accolades of successful companies whether they are running the company or owning the company any more or not.
