I am sending Brett Ligon (Montgomery County DA) an e-mail today with attachments of all Jarvis felony convictions and current criminal activity. I will ask Mr. Ligon to look at this Jarvis DWI case very close. With Mr. Ligon involved, Jarvis will wish he had not delayed it.
