Like I said, continually doing RESETS is a defense tactic. Sure it costs money to pay the attorney each time, but it's cheaper than the alternative. They just keep resetting until the prosecution gives in and offers a plea deal... It costs them (the state) money too each time they reset because the prosecuting attorney shows up, the officer shows up, etc... So there is a point of diminishing returns (for them).
Unless there is a specific reason for them to keep going... My advice is for one of you guys to find out who the prosecuting attorney is (Call the Montgomery County Justice Department / District Attorney's Office) and let them know how all this goes deeper than just a simple DWI. Then hopefully they will come down a little more forceful and not give up to the usual bureaucracy.
