I really only see two of the four with actual customers, income and such. One more so than the other. Guess we wait for some more work on the rest...

I am going by the financials, 10Q revenues will outperform 10K. How is that not credible?

Northernguy32 -- you're absolutley right! Most of the posts here are totally useless - hype and/or bashing - with no to little knowledge of what ECDC is all about.

Northernguy32, let us discuss the technologies of the 4 "companies";

-Rogue Paper - $94K in Revs and ECDC has to pay $1.5 million for it that they do not have in cash or stock.

- WetWinds - static website page that people are willingly giving their personal information to.

-StudentConnect - concept not feasible or viable. Put civil rights/ legal issues aside; the complexity of the logistics of even setting it up for a company that would have millions$ in sponsorship beforehand to give it away for free and not lose $$ is absurd.

-EarthSearch - ECDC sold $203,766 worth of products in 2011.

All of the above is important but the increasing debt and the need to raise additional funds to continue going trumps revenue increase that is still not enough.
