adb2003, what was the share price of ECDC in October when these shares were issued?;

For the period from October 1, 2011 through
November 14, 2011, the Company issued
10,527,778 shares of its common stock in private
placements for a total of $46,450 ($0.004 per
share).
For the period from October 1, 2011 through
November 14, 2011, the Company issued
32,669,752 shares of its common stock in
conversion of loans payable in the amount of $
132,891.

Those shares were not Southridge shares. The last 10-Q shows defaulted loans, new convertible debentures and loans, and the Southridge Partners new debt that goes through VFIN. There is a reason why ECDC does not reveal current share counts to the investment community.
