No you don't. Can you alter it at will, house whoever and how many you wish, dispose of it as you will, fail to pay the annual rent (taxes) for your ground, burn it down? Now people are being challenged even when putting gardens in their front yards. The slope is getting slipperier.

Granted, these may not be things you WISH to do to your home, but they are NOT within your rights.
Ownership is rights. What you are not SEEING, is staring you right in the face.
Furthermore take look at your certificate of title. It doesn't say "owner". It likely says " tenant".

You have the illusion of "ownership".

You do not own anything titled, registered or certified.

Not your cars, your children, anything.

well for one....you have to get permission to build more on your property and there's the oversight that follows........

you can't do whatever you want on your property without permission even when what you want to do is reasonable and an improvement
