MR, filers use the EDGAR system to publish with the SEC. EDGAR is a mess of a system. The ambiguity of the laws and rules published by the SEC as passed down from congress is just that, a mess.
You, I, or others can read all day long what is on paper, but reality is how the SEC and it's Staff Attorneys interpret such.
Again, it really does not matter, AAVG is okay for about 34 days. That is when it really causes problems for the issuer being relegated to the pink sheets and non-compliant of 12(g) or Section 13 or Section 15 of the Act of 33.
So, whether Gamber files this week or next, it is all the same.
But I would prefer the Company to maintain compliance, because in the event that it qualifies for Nasdaq listing, it helps our cause.
