However, the shareholders OWN the company, THEY are employed by the shareholders. Isn't that how it is supposed to be?

Would be nice if things worked like you said, but in pennyland, we are gambling in the Wild Wild West/OK Corral. A lot of folks end up looking like a pc of swiss cheese, so it is what it is, which is why I rarely fall in love and always get my profits, before the next guy takes my profits and eventually takes some of my principal also, because I wouldn't take profits and then have to end up being a stuckholder and waiting for a chance to bail. I learned long ago to ignore the noise pumping and bashing and get my profits.

That is indeed how it is supposed to be.

However, in Pink Sheet Scam land, where WDRP lives, the "management" always makes sure they are also the majority shareholder.

The retail shareholder (or "mark", as WDRP insiders like to call them) is always in a minority, and is often wiped out overnight by the common tactics of reverse split or bankruptcy.

Unusually there is no detailed information concerning the ownership of WDRP, even in what passes for its annual report although it's claimed that Simoneau owns 400 million of the claimed O/S of 642 million:

You can be sure that the real O/S is much higher, and that majority control rests with Jean François Amyot and his cohorts.

Some of the comments here are truly funny. Yes, in theory, the shareholders "own" the company but c'mon let's get real. We as shareholders are simply a temporary owner of some company stocks. They are not owned by us nor do they report to us. They will report the next update when they feel it's appropriate, not because we, paper owners, demand it.

Funny, I own Microsoft stocks. I am an owner and they are employed by me but why haven't they called me once asking me for my opinion on any of their strategies? Guess I'll just have to fire their as%.

LMAO.
