Jarta, as I said, "Nobody who owns shares in this scam has insisted that the corporation be wound up and a liquidating dividend paid," because nobody cares about that.  Now, one of the many bagholders explains it this way, in describing a court action:

we both realized that the 5 years of INCOMPETENT management, oversight and raping of this company would possibly bring a judge to the correct decision of shutting down this madness, ....

Nobody involved wanted that.  What the 7 shareholders wanted was what is fairly deserved by all shareholders.  Openness and honesty from the company, which I have to say, is still a questionable topic, even today.

I couldn't put it any better.  No one wanted the corporation wound up and assets distributed.  It's more fun to pretend to be pursuing "what is fairly deserved", and "openness and honesty from the company" -- a company which was always a complete scam.

Why should anyone be interested that Frizzell made off with real assets when one is engaged in the pursuit of truth, justice, and the American way, looking only for openness and honesty from a dead scam?
