I am starting to think there is more s**t underneath this, unfortunately for us. When an company doesnt want to audit your balance some reasons are there. We will see what happens¡

The resignation letter seems to indicate a loss in confidence of the auditors with IFSL's management. I wonder what has happened at this audit stage that wasn't apparent with filings Q1 - Q3 2011?
This is problematic.
