Isn't it clear priest, Hansen & Barnett resigned themselves. And they seem to have waited till the very last moment of the reporting period. Man, I do not have too many good words for those folks.

Again, looking at the content of the 8K it appears that IFSL is already way on top of things and acting as it should. Finding a new audit firm and get numbers out is key priority here. This will however take some additional time folks, take this into account.

The reasons simple...the management at IFSL was getting tired of the last minute crap. A previous employee of ifsl had an association with the accounting firm, now that he's gone the company was taking it's sweet time.
We raised the cry for a new accounting firm and Da boys at ifsl must have listened as they had been apparently looking at other accounting firms. Apparently this firm in Salt Lake city got wind of it.......that's it, that's all.
I for one think a closer accounting company will find it easier working with a company close by.
