The reason the stock price is rather stagnant is because they aren't acting like an OTC stock, putting out fluff, just trying to get the stock price to move up so that they can sell shares on the market and dilute.

No.. I think the reason is because the filings are blank and investors don't see a long hold here at the current time. Until the company releases some revs and profit I don't think anyone is going to care. They want to dilute shares, not good in my opinion. I can see the OTCBB general market agrees as there's no volume here.

No volume = no care
No revs or profit = no care
Ignore shareholders = People really don't care
