You just justified this yourself. The reason the stock price is rather stagnant is because they aren't acting like an OTC stock, putting out fluff, just trying to get the stock price to move up so that they can sell shares on the market and dilute. Instead they are acting like a big board stock, knowing very well that they can raise capital through private investors by showing them what's going on behind the scenes. It's funny, you are complaining that they aren't putting out fluff prs and trying to get their share price to rise, while most of the longs here are here just for that reason.
I've said it before and will say it again. If you are here for a quick 10-50% gain then this is not the stock for you. If you have done over a year of DD like many of us have, and have the patience to wait this out for a year or two, for 1000-5000% (Yes I did say that) gains then this one may be for you.
The most ignorant complaint I see on stock message boards is that a stock must not be worth anything because the price is not moving up. That's why most people lose money, using that rationale.
Just my opinion.
