Sunpeaks Ventures, Inc. (OTCBB: SNPK) (PINKSHEETS: SNPK) (the "Company" or "Sunpeaks Ventures") and its wholly owned subsidiary Healthcare Distribution Specialists, LLC ("HDS") are pleased to announce that HDS has entered into a sponsorship agreement ("Agreement") with a major pro sports team ("Team") for the marketing of Clotamin, including advertising, media, and promotional elements. The Agreement is part of new marketing initiatives to launch Clotamin in 79 Walgreens stores in Oregon and southern Washington.
Under terms of the Agreement, HDS, in conjunction with Walgreens, will have the right to make use of the Team name and logo in connection with all advertising retail displays to be placed at Walgreens locations in the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area. HDS and Walgreens will also receive digital advertising space in the Rose Garden Arena on the lower ring and corners of the scoreboard and on all televisions menu boards at the arena during all Team home games. Clotamin advertising will also be displayed on the Team websites, subject to approval.

In addition, the Team has also agreed to provide promotional elements to support a no-purchase necessary, enter-to-win sweepstakes sponsored by HDS, Walgreens, and the Team, in connection with the advertising retail displays to be placed at Walgreens locations. Promotional elements may include, but are not limited to, tickets to Team home games, team clothing or merchandise, gift bags containing Team souvenirs, post-game events, tickets to non-Team events at the Rose Garden Arena, and gift cards.
