If you don't care, why even call in the first place? This is precisely why Andrew doesn't always respond. I have called and left messages and waiting for a response. He hasn't returned my call but you claim he left you a message that he would be happy to answer any questions you might have. That's why I suggested you call and ask those specific questions. But it doesn't sound like you care what the status is so it's a moot point.
