Well, the system we have now sucks. Unless there is a tsunami-like change in the make-up of congress, there will never be an impeachment of any of the justices so I guess we just get more decisions like Citizens United. If Romney wins, we've got decades of more decisions like this.
They have too much power. They've neutered the legislative branch.
